Kitchen & Bath Lead Installer

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for 40 years! We are looking for a Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.

Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency; certificate in carpentry or related field; 2 (+) years of lead home remodeling and construction experience (framing, drywall, cabinetry, trim-work, tile, painting, and minor plumbing and electrical work), preferred.
  • Personal carpentry tools and a 3/4-ton truck to pull provided work trailer, preferred.
  • A passion for home remodeling, coaching, and training.
  • Verbal, written, digital, and mathematical proficiency in Connecteam, Microsoft Office 365, and various applications.
  • Communication, time management, interpersonal, and organization skills.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Kitchen and Bath Lead Installer Responsibilities:

  • Attend goal-setting meetings with Field Manager and team.
  • Abide by trade practices, processes, and procedures.
  • Review plans and understand job scope of each assigned project prior to start.
  • Coordinate and supervise all Apprentices and Subcontractors.
  • Maintain job records.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00/ hr. training rate, flat rate after training.

Marketplace Barista

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are looking for a Marketplace Barista who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.

Marketplace Barista Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency, required.
  • 1 (+) year(s) of craft barista experience; current Food Handler’s Permit; familiarity in Microsoft 365 and Square POS; knowledge of our brands and events, preferred.
  • A passion for coffee and community.
  • Effective interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Guided decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Marketplace Barista Responsibilities:

  • Attend goal-setting meetings with Manager and team.
  • Ensure the Marketplace is open and functioning on assigned days.
  • Prepare beverages, food, and assist with training new hires and updating daily bar inventory needs.
  • Suggestive sell, code, tag, and stock merchandise inventory.
  • Participate in event day-of-activities.

Pay: $14.00/ hr. plus tips.

Brand Ambassador Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalency; 1 (+) year(s) of sales and door-to-door canvassing; knowledge of home remodeling, solar, and Marketplace products, preferred.
  • A passion for interior design and solar energy.
  • Basic verbal, written, digital, and mathematical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Connecteam.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Guided decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenges.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Attend goal-setting meetings with Sales Managers and events team.
  • Represent our brand at big-box store pop-ups, home-shows, and Marketplace events.
  • Collect leads and set appointments for our team through events and canvassing.

Pay: $20.00/hr. plus commission.

Solar Electrician

Solar Electrician Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency; valid JE-98 card, required; Enphase IQ8A and OSHA 30 certification; 3 (+) years of solar lead electrician and construction experience (solar products, roofing, electrical work, and ability to lift 50 [+] lbs. and work in diverse environments), preferred.
  • A passion for solar energy and working with others.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, computer, and mathematical proficiency in Connecteam and Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.
  • Executive decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Solar Electrician Responsibilities:

  • Attend goal-setting meetings with Manager and team.
  • Follow current trends in solar and construction industry.
  • Review and understand scope of each assigned project prior to job start.
  • Work alongside all Installers and Electricians.
  • Maintain job records.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00/hr.

Design Associate

 

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are looking for a Design Associate who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.

Design Associate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field; CKBD or AKBD certification; 2 (+) years of sales and design drawing experience (Auto CAD/ by-hand); knowledge of remodel and Marketplace products, preferred.
  • A passion for interior design and home remodeling.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, computer, and mathematical proficiency in 2020, Chief Architect, Microsoft 365, Salesforce (I-360), and various design applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills.
  • Executive decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Design Associate Responsibilities:

  • Attend goal-setting meetings with Sales Manager and team.
  • Abide by current prices and industry practices, processes, and procedures with a personal laptop and applicable software.
  • Run sales appointments and ensure that jobs under construction are running smoothly.
  • Rotating showroom duty, Saturdays, out-of-town, and in-home appts.
  • Follow the PDC Sales System.

Pay: $650.00/ week training rate, commission after training.

Drafting Assistant Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency; 2 (+) years of interior design, CAD design drafting and 3D modeling, required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field; knowledge of our brands, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, 2020, Chief Architect, and various applications.
  • A passion for interior design and working as a team.
  • Effective interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Guided decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations.

Drafting Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Attend goal-setting and pre-construction meetings with Visualization Manager, Design, and Production teams.
  • Abide by current industry prices, practices, and processes with a personal laptop and applicable software.
  • Draft, render, and 3D model floorplans, elevations, and layouts.
  • Print templates and redline until aligned with plans.
  • Travel to site measures and pick-up permits.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/ hr.
